9 Couples to be Married for only 99 Cents
Last August 11, the 99 cent only store invited brides and grooms to sign up for their special contest where the winners can get married for only 99 cents. There will be 9 lucky winners who will get married on September 9, 2009 (9/9/09) from over 2,999 participants, the cheapest and cost-efficient way of tying the knot that is quite timely during these hard times of recession.
September 9 promises to be the luckiest day for these 9 couples, most of which were surprised that they were chosen as the winner. The lucky couples will say “I Do” on aisle 9 between 8:09am and 9:09am (PT) on Wednesday, 9/9/09 at the Hollywood 99¢ Only Stores at 5270 Sunset Boulevard. Add to that the 9 of their closest friends and family members will be invited. That is a lot of nines there and hopefully it doesn’t go as far as lasting for only 9 days or 9 months or 9 years…well I guess you got the picture!
