New Las Vegas Vending Machines Accept Credit and Debit Cards
Normally, we all know vending machines accepting coins or paper bills. However, there is a new type of vending machine that accepts credit and debit cards in Las Vegas, which guarantee product delivery, save energy and deliver a wide array of nutritionally balanced products are on display in Las Vegas this week for the thousands of vending and coffee service professionals from around the world who came to see everything that is new in the vending, foodservice and coffee service industries.
The vending Expo, featuring hundreds of cutting edge exhibits, is being presented by the National Automatic Merchandising Association (NAMA) and is being held April 16 and 17 in Las Vegas at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
At the show, visitors saw everything from machines that deliver fresh hot pizza cooked in 90 seconds in a high intensity ceramic, light convection oven, to others to help out parents by providing diapers, baby bottles and toys. Another machine unveiled at the Expo, the ‘digi-touch,’ is a state of the art touch screen vending machine with interactive technology that provides 360 degree views of products plus nutrition and ingredient information.
Geerdes explained too that new remote vending machine monitoring helps keep trucks off the road and reduces the number of unnecessary stops, all of which helps protect the environment. Today’s machines also include energy miser programs and LED lights that all save money too.
